This also covers any Intellectual Property Policy and any guidelines, rules or disclaimers that may be posted on specific webpages or on notices that are sent to you or are on the constituent websites, apps and brand pages.

Uptime and Systems Reliability

Olcan aims to keep the Site available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week throughout the year, and to maintain saved information. The retaining of saved information is covered in our Privacy Policy but this is for the main purpose of improving customer support. However, due to unforeseen events, technical failures, acts of God, or routine maintenance, availability may be limited, and/or information may be lost. Olcan shall not be liable for lost information or non-availability of the services to any of the the brand sites.

Indemnification of Olcan

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Olcan, its directors, officers, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and licensors harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Site or Content. This is inclusive of Olcan and all its partner brands.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms and conditions shall be governed by, followed, and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, this is without regard to its conflicts of law principles. By using Olcan or any of the Olcan Group websites, any of its constituent websites or interacting with those brands you hereby submit to and agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any actions that may arise under or in relation to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in England.

Telephone Communication and recording

Olcan may record calls for training purposes, this includes calls that are put through to mobile phones of employees or direct calls from numbers in email description communication.
